By default, all our products are shipped to you using US Postal Service Flat Rate boxes. If you need to make other arrangements, we ask that you call (802) 388-9665 or e-mail the shop using our contact us form. We will be happy to help you.
Please note that the store is closed on Sunday and Monday. Orders placed on those days will ship the following business day.
Local? Planning a trip to Vermont? There is an option at check out for in-store pickup. We will e-mail you when your order is ready for pickup.
All orders (except some pattern orders--see below) ship at a Flat Rate of $6.00.
Patterns: If you are buying 5 or fewer patterns, and no other items, we can offer First Class shipping for $1.50. Note: Patterns will be be folded. If you purchase more than 5 patterns, or would like your patterns shipped in a flat mailer, you may choose the $6.00 Flat Rate option and we will ship by Priority Mail.
Please be advised that if you are purchasing within the state of Vermont, we must add sales tax to your order as well as to the shipping charges.
International shipping is generally by weight (heavier packages cost more). If we do not yet ship to your country, you will see "in store pickup" as your only shipping method. Feel free to email us about your country, as we are slowly expanding the list of countries to which we can ship.

Please note that prices may change unexpectedly. Whatever the shopping cart calculates is what we will charge, even if this page or another shipper lists a different amount.
Oops? Did you made a mistake on the yarn color? We will gladly issue you a credit, if it is returned within 3 months of purchasing. Yarn must be unopened, all tags in place and in sell-able condition. Please call us or come in to the shop to make arrangements.
Books, patterns, needles, and sale items are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
